Parents, lock up your children! When he’s finished being locked up himself, Oscar Pistorious would like to work with children – if his parole conditions allow. There is, however, no law that prevents someone with a criminal record from working with children (excepting sexual offenders).
In case you’ve forgotten, Pistorius was convicted of culpable homicide last year for shooting and killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp through a locked toilet door.
Never mind his criminal record and anger management issues, what kind of role model would such a mentor provide?
And we really, really hope Pistorius’ fantasies about this new career don’t include playing games like hide and seek. That could be, erm, deadly.
