#WearADoek? Who came up with that?

The department of arts and culture has launched a controversial campaign to mark Women’s Month, asking people to take photos of themselves wearing a traditional doek (headscarf), and post them to Twitter with the hashtag #WearADoek. Some people embraced it, others were appalled at the idea.
